SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 2:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. However, it is not always possible for us to meet this timeframe, as some products may be out of stock. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the indicated delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible. The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on the order amount, weight, and shipping address.

Cooling-off period / returns

It may happen that you wish to return an order — perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The return shipping costs from your home to Alltracks are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Alltracks with all accessories supplied and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receiving your return notification, provided the product has already been received in good condition. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to inspect it, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.  

Exchange a product?

Would you like to exchange your product? No problem at all. Please contact us to arrange this. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping costs for the newly ordered product will then be waived.
