The Optima Red Top is a highly reliable and powerful battery. Thanks to Spiral Cell Technology, it has more lead surface area, making it smaller yet still delivering high starting power. This battery always ensures the best performance when starting.
The Red Top is used in construction machinery, emergency services, off-road vehicles, and generators. The great thing is that it continues to perform optimally even in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +40°C! This battery is recommended for moderate winch use; for frequent or heavy-duty use, we recommend the Optima Yellow Top 4.2.
It is important to keep these batteries charged. We recommend purchasing a Mastervolt battery charger along with this battery if it will not be used regularly.
